5 bar, making it versatile for both gaseous and liquid environments It achieves under 1 millisecond response time for pressure measurements, accompanied by a total measuring error of ±05% Noteworthy features include a hysteresis of less than ±01%, linearity deviation of under ±05%, and a minimal zero-point error of less than ±01% The sensor also ensures repeatability with accuracy below ±01% Its temperature coefficients are maintained at less than ±0.
