Introducing state-of-the-art fork sensors utilizing advanced ultrasonic technology for precise and non-contact label detection These sensors combine an emitter and a receiver within a single, compact housing that operates as a light barrier This innovative design allows them to identify even subtle shifts in ultrasound attenuation caused by differences in thickness between the labeled and unmarked base materials.

As a result, transparent labels, as well as those made from paper or plastic, can be reliably detected on any substrate To enhance durability, both the emitter and receiver are strategically recessed within the housing, protecting them from direct interference with scanned items.
