Description:
Introducing the FX0P202 Pressure Sensor, a robust and compact sensor crafted with a laser-welded stainless steel 316L casing Designed for precision, it offers an analog output of 4…20 mA and achieves a remarkable response time of under 1 second This sensor is capable of measuring relative pressure within a range of 0 to 400 bar, enduring maximum overloads of up to 800 bar and burst pressures of 1,000 bar, making it suitable for a wide variety of liquids and gases.
With a pressure response time as quick as 1 ms and a total measuring accuracy of ± 1%, this sensor ensures reliable readings across diverse applications It operates effectively under tough environmental conditions, featuring a medium temperature range of -25 to 125 °C and an ambient temperature threshold of -25 to 80 °C, along with tolerance for 100% relative humidity
The FX0P202 complies with EMC standards according to DIN EN 61326-2-3 and has been rigorously tested for shock resistance (DIN IEC 68-2-27) and vibration resistance (DIN IEC 60068-2-6).
Power requirements include a supply voltage between 12 and 32 V DC, consuming less than 21 mA at 24 V Enhanced durability is ensured with built-in short circuit and reverse polarity protections, as well as an IP68 and IP69K-rated housing for the electrical components
Connections are made through a secure M12 × 1, 4-pin interface, with a G 1/2" process connection Sealing is accomplished using fluororubber (FKM), and the entire sensor weighs 254 g, making it a reliable choice for demanding applications.
