Introducing the UniBar pressure sensors, expertly engineered to measure relative pressure in closed systems with various media, boasting a range from -1 to 600 bar User-friendly with an integrated display, these sensors facilitate quick monitoring and maintenance thanks to their clearly visible output indicators The sensors offer a relative measurement capability, with a primary measuring range of 0 to 160 bar, tolerating maximum overload pressures of up to 320 bar and bursting pressures reaching 640 bar.

Their operational settings range from 4% to 100%, accommodating both liquid and gas measurements With a switching hysteresis of 2% and measurement accuracy of less than ±05%, they provide reliable data Designed for extreme environments, they can operate within medium and ambient temperature ranges of -25 to 80 °C Electrical specifications include a supply voltage of 16 to 32 V DC, consuming less than 60 mA at 24 V.

Each sensor features one switching output with a rapid response time of just 30 ms, supporting currents below 250 mA and maintaining a voltage drop of less than 2 V The analog output works at 4 to 20 mA, ensuring precise pressure signals with a resolution of 10 bits and supporting current output loads under 500 Ohm, complete with short circuit and reverse polarity protections Built to withstand demanding conditions, the UniBar sensors meet EMC standards per DIN EN 61326-2-3, with shock resistance rated at 30 g/11 ms (DIN IEC 68-2-27) and a vibration resistance of up to 20 g (10-2000 Hz, DIN IEC 60068-2-6).

The housing is crafted from durable plastic (PBT/PC) while the control panel is polyester, with the stainless steel (V4A) components in contact with the media ensuring robust protection rated at IP67 Connections include an M12 × 1, 4-pin setup and a process connection of G 1/4", all weighing just 280 g Additionally, the safety data reveals an MTTFd (EN ISO 13849-1) rating of 1,20151 a, and these sensors feature a PNP NO compatible output with adjustable parameters including NC, NC/NO, and NO along with selectable measurement ranges.
