Product Details

This cable is made of a single soft annealed and tinned copper conductor that is wrapped with a polyester separating tape. The single conductor is insulated with a chemically XLPO (cross linked polyolefin) as per IEEE 1580 standards. 

Features :

Conductor
Tinning of the copper conductor helps in improving the protective attribute of the cable, as it keeps the conductor from corrosion. This is the process of coating the copper conductor with a thin layer of metal. Annealing of the copper conductor makes the cable flexible and thus easy to handle and install.

Insulation
Insulation of Bostrig Type P electrical distribution cable improves its electrical conductivity and service life, by keeping it safe from the punishing marine environmental conditions.

Applications
It is applied in offshore and onshore wirings.
