This dedicated redundant power supply (RPS) effectively supports a maximum of 16 Astribank telephony interface chassis—totaling up to 512 analog ports It works seamlessly with TwinStar, the exclusive commercially-supported hot failover solution for Asterisk-based PBX systems Enclosed in a compact 1U 19-inch rackmountable design, the RPS utilizes a microcomputer-based control system, enabling backup power for multiple Astribank units.

Should one power unit experience issues, the remaining units efficiently redistribute power, ensuring uninterrupted functionality of all connected telephony modules.
