The UT255E Wireless High Low Voltage Hook Ammeter is designed with a hook detector, wireless receiver, and telescopic insulating rod When using the telescopic insulating rods, it can assess leakage current, current, frequency, load, and other metrics for bare conductors, bus bars below 35kV, or cables with safety insulation sheaths below 110kV The hook detector features a built-in double-layer flexible coil, making it lightweight and precise with a wide range and good linearity, ideal for testing transformer loads and inspecting leakage currents in multi-core thick cables, whether underground or outdoors.
