SF-2 SEW-2 High Temperature Motor Lead Wire 600V 200C
Applications:
SRML SF-2 Strands High Temperature Lead Wire is designed to be used in high temperatures and abrasive conditions as an equipment wire or SRML SF-2 is used in lamps, medical devices, and lighting fixtures. It is suitable for temperatures up to 200 °C. The electrical cable is rated 600V. The electrical cable is available in black, white, red, green, blue, gray, orange, yellow, purple, and brown.
Also Known As:
SRML SF-2 Motor Lead Cable, SRML SF-2 High Temp Wire, SRML SF-2 Silicone Rubber Motor Lead Wire, SRML SF-2 Apparatus & Motor Lead Wire, SRML SF-2 Tinned Copper 600V High Temp Motor Lead Wire.
Standards:
- • UL Style 3231, 3127, 3069, 3070 UL 3070, UL 3071, UL 3074, UL 3075, UL 3101, UL 3231, UL 3278, UL SF-2.
- • Approved to use as fixture wire: UL 3071, UL 3074, UL 3075, UL 3231.
Construction:
Conductor:
The conductors are made of flexible stranded tinned copper per ASTM B33.
Insulation:
SRML is insulated with silicone rubber. This insulation has high tensile strength and increased flexibility, and it is resistant to ozone, chemicals, fuels, oil, and ultraviolet light.
Jacket:
SRML's jacket is made of fiberglass braid with a high-temperature finish.
SRML SF-2 7 Strands High Temperature Lead Wire
Just as the name suggest, High Temperature Lead Wire is meant to perform in extremely high temperature conditions not exceeding 2000C. It is made of copper conductors which are insulated with the silicone rubber for protection. This cable is jacketed with a high heat retardant fiberglass braid.
• Conductor
Tinned copper conductors are corrosive resistant because they do not oxidize easily when exposed to corrosive chemicals like chlorides. The seven stranded copper conductors have an approximately 0.153 inches thickness.
• Compliance
i. UL listed
ii. ASTM B3 and B8
iii. IEEE FT4
iv. CSA flame test
• Insulation
This is the protective layer which is responsible for durability and electrical conductivity of this cable. The silicon rubbers are abrasive resistant, creep resistant, and wear and tear; improving the service life of Type SRML Thermocouple Wire.
