Introducing the Mobotix S16 Dual Thermal Camera, a versatile security solution that packs powerful features into a compact form This innovative system allows for monitoring two distinct areas simultaneously, thanks to its dual long sensor cables The S16B model enhances surveillance with its double hemispheric capability, providing coverage equivalent to eight traditional cameras, making it an exceptional choice for security needs.

With a power consumption of only 8 watts, the S16B Thermal operates efficiently without requiring additional cooling, heating, or PTZ motors, even with two thermal sensors in use The core unit includes a basic module that can accommodate one or two sensor modules, each comprising a lens, sensor board, LEDs, and microphone Choose from weatherproof thermal sensor modules tailored to meet your thermographic needs.

There are two types of thermal sensor modules available, featuring three different lens options that can be paired with thermal radiometry for monitoring temperature-related situations The S16’s robust metal casing can be discreetly mounted behind walls or ceiling panels, with only the extendable lenses—up to three meters long—visible after installation This sleek design includes integrated long-term flash memory and various external connectors including Ethernet, MiniUSB, and audio.

With no moving parts, the S16 requires minimal maintenance and operates quietly, making it ideal for environments such as hotels, trains, buses, and restaurants A range of mounting options is also available for the lenses, ensuring versatility in installation.
