Introducing the PCE-830 Clamp on Tester, your go-to device for accurately measuring electrical quantities across one to three phases of alternating current (AC) This versatile instrument tracks key parameters including voltage, current, frequency, power, and harmonics, while also monitoring compliance with EN50160 standards by displaying harmonic values, interharmonics, and asymmetrics The PCE-830 expertly identifies electrical disturbances such as interruptions, leaks, overloads, and transients (from 16 µs) along with their respective measurements.

Featuring a high-resolution backlit LCD, it allows simultaneous viewing of up to 35 parameters for convenient analysis Users can connect up to three clips at once, enhancing measurement efficiency In data logger mode, this tester offers impressive storage capabilities, able to save up to 17,470 readings across three phases and four conductors If a simpler setup with one phase and two conductors is utilized, it can retain up to 52,400 readings, categorized into 85 groups, making it perfect for prolonged monitoring tasks.

Additionally, collected data can easily be transferred to a computer for further processing with the included analysis software, ensuring comprehensive evaluation Although the device comes calibrated from the manufacturer, you have the option to purchase a laboratory calibration with an ISO-compliant certificate, either initially or when recalibration becomes necessary, providing added assurance of accuracy right from the start.
