Product Details

Type MC-HL cable features a bare annealed copper conductor that is compacted and stranded in accordance to ASTM B3 and ASTM B496 respectively. It has ESS shielding layer and an EPR insulation meeting ICEA standard. Extruded Insulation Shield (EIS) layer shielding the insulation is a thermosetting polymeric semi-conductor, which is wrapped with an annealed 25% overlapping copper tape. The assembly is bonded with the grounding wire and armored with an interlocking CCW (Continuously Corrugated and Welded) sheath then jacketed with PVC for protection.

This cable is termed as a top quality cable because it has been approved to meet all the required International Laboratory specifications standards. It is a cable worth going for because of its conductor construction by flexible annealed copper conductor, shielding aspect, insulation and jacketing materials which offers a superior protection to the cable from damages that may arise from the environment.

Applications
It is applied for use in AC motors, feeders and branch circuiting. Installed through raceway systems, troughs, cable trays or direct burial.
