The Algo 8180 (G2) is the enhanced version of its predecessor, featuring upgraded hardware that complies with the latest security protocols, including TLS and SRTP, ensuring secure communications with hosted SIP providers In addition to maintaining all legacy features, the G2 introduces a host of new advancements—improved multicast capabilities, a relay input for button-triggered alerts, and specific 'Emergency Alert' extensions, which align with other Algo SIP devices such as the Algo 8186 Horn Speaker, Algo 8188, Algo 8189 Ceiling Speaker, and Algo 8301 Paging Adapter.
