Applications:
8/4 Type W cable is suitable for use in Industrial, Mining Applications, Motors, Generator Leads, Battery, Heavy duty service and temporary power supply cable. It can operate in areas with a maximum temperature of 90°C, with a voltage rating of 600 volts or 2000 volts in wet and dry locations.

Conductors:
Conductors are made of Annealed Bare/tinned Copper. They are stranded in a rope lay manner.

Insulation:
The insulation is made of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) which is color coded for easy identification.

Jacketing:
It has a chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) jacket.
