MC wires conductor is an 8000 series aluminum conductor. These conductors are also light, soft, and flexible, hence easy to work with, especially during installation.

Insulation:

The aluminum clad wire has a color-coded cross-linked polyethylene (XLP) insulation, which improves the service life of the cable. XLP is resistant to abrasion, heat, corrosive chemicals, moisture, and sunlight, making the cable withstand the punishing outdoor conditions.
