Temperature probe with a Pt1000 sensor designed for the food industry This hand-held probe features a pointed tip, able to measure temperatures from -50 to +200°C Constructed with stainless steel and a Teflon handle, it includes a durable silicon cable measuring 2 meters in length The probe is rated IP68, making it suitable for various applications in challenging environments The time response for the probe is t63<7s and t95<15s when measured in fluid.

The product is optionally available with cables of different lengths, for which a selector is provided.
