The temperature probe features a Pt1000 sensor and is designed with a hand-held pointed tip, suitable for temperatures ranging from -50 to +200°C Made of stainless steel 17241, it is specifically tailored for the food industry, complemented by a teflon handle and a 5-meter long silicon cable The probe holds an IP68 certification and does not come with a connector The time response is t63<7s and t95<15s, as measured in fluid.

Additionally, it is available optionally with cables of varied lengths, which can be selected accordingly.
