When a visitor presses the 'Call' button, it connects to any SIP phone, Valcom intercom station, or Valcom IP gateway Once answered, handsfree communication is activated, allowing the recipient to dial a code to unlock the door via the integrated relay Calls can be initiated from anywhere, whether you’re nearby or across the globe, and sessions automatically conclude when the call ends In command applications, any location can contact the main command center, which in turn can reach out to any station, group, or perform an all-call page using an optional Valcom multicast gateway.
