Conductor: 

Three annealed copper stranded conductors per ASTM B-3 and UL-83 and three ground conductors. The conductors are connected with fillers and a mylar separator. Stranding improves the flexibility of the cable, making it suitable for flex applications. 

Insulation:

The bus stop cable has PVC insulation. It is color-coded in colors black, white, and red, which allows for easy identification. PVC is resistant to oil, abrasion, moisture, harsh climate, flames, lubricants, acids, alkalis, water, ozone, chemicals, industrial solvents, and sunlight.

Jacket:

 A flexible and durable PVC jacket with a clear nylon covering has excellent resistance from impact and crushing. The jacket is also resistant to ozone, flames, lubricants, oil, sunlight, and water.
