Description:
Bergen 1/0-1/0-1/0 is a Triplex Aluminum URD Direct Burial cable. The cable has 3 conductors which all have 1/0 AWG sizes. 2 of the conductors are phase conductors while the third is a neutral cable. The cable works best below 600 volts and 90°C temperature. The cables can be buried as they are or pulled into ducts. As a direct burial cable, it transmits as much as 215 amps but if ducts are used, the limit reduces to 160 amps.

Applications:
#1/0-1/0-1/0 Bergen Underground Distribution Cable specifically designed for underground distribution systems. In extreme environmental conditions, the cross-linked polyethylene is used since it can withstand temperatures of up to 90°C.

Conductors:
They are made of aluminum alloy which are compressed in 1350-H19. Only 99.5% of the conductor is made of aluminum the rest is made of zinc, copper and silicon.

Insulation:
The insulation is made of standard polyethylene or cross-linked polyethylene.
