Application:
PUR-C-PUR screened cables are well suited as data transfer and connection cables for the machine and motor industries due to the good level of copper screening which blocks strong electrical disturbances. This cable type has proven to be especially suited to use in extreme weather and environmental conditions due to its good thermal and chemical properties (Temperature range -40°C to +80°C). In addition to this it also possesses excellent mechanical properties, e. g. pressure resistance and good abrasive resistant qualities, all of which go to guarantee a long life.
EMC = Electromagnetic compatibility
To optimize the EMC features we recommend a large round contact of the copper braiding on both ends.
