Description:
Monmouth 4/0-4/0-4/0 Triplex is a secondary electrical transmission cable that is designed for underground application. All the three conductors of this cable are 4/0 AWG size. The difference comes in their insulation. The neutral cable is stripped while the phase conductors left are pure black. You can choose to directly bury this cable where it will serve 315 amps current or fit it in ducts where it serves up to 240 amps current, depending on the type of application you want.

Applications:
#4/0 Monmouth Aluminum Underground Distribution Cable specifically designed for underground distribution systems. In extreme environmental conditions, the cross-linked polyethylene is used since it can withstand temperatures of up to 90°C.

Conductors:
They are made of aluminum alloy which are compressed in 1350-H19. Only 99.5% of the conductor is made of aluminum the rest is made of zinc, copper and silicon.

Insulation:
The insulation is made of standard polyethylene or cross-linked polyethylene.
