Description:
Harvard 1/0 Gauge URD cable is a single conductor cable which means that it has only one conductor with a size of 1 AWG. This alloy provides excellent conductivity to cable. The aluminum conductor is protected by polyethylene insulation. The wire operates at 90°C. Under these temperatures, this cable transmits 200 amps but when in ducts it supplies 150 amps of 600 volts.

Applications:
This secondary distribution wire is commonly used in residential settings. It is specifically meant for underground power transmissions this is resistant to rocky obstacles commonly found in these areas. Furthermore it can be used as a direct burial wire which involves direct insertion in to the soil with the use of a conduit or duct for protection. However its performance can be affected in these applications if the maximum temperature rating exceeds 90°C in both wet and dry locations.

Conductors:
The conductors are made of aluminum which are compressed at 1350-H19.

Insulation:
Aluminum URD cable has a cross-linked polyethylene insulation (XLPE) which can withstand high temperatures of up to 90°C.

Features:
• Robust and sturdy insulation
• It is resistant to high temperatures
• 600 volt URD cable
• Moisture and chemical resistant
