Returns and Cancellations
If you are in the unfortunate position of needing to return your previously purchased product, please feel free to drop it off at any of our nation-wide locations. If you need to ship the returning product, please follow the steps below:
- Carefully wrap and package the products as they were wrapped when they shipped to you (or as close to it as possible) and include the packing slip.
- Clearly and legibly write the reason for the return on the packing slip. If the packing slip has been lost or misplaced, please provide the purchase date, original invoice and item numbers. If you are having difficulty locating this information, please contact the sales rep who assisted you with your purchase. If you are having difficulty locating this information and the purchase was made online, please call: 516-482-6313. Indicate on the packing slip whether you would prefer replacement product or a purchase credit.
- Ship the package to where the sales rep requests.
- NOT ALL ITEMS QUALIFY FOR RETURNS.
- Please ensure you prepay for the shipping of the package. We will not pay COD’s

If you wish to return your purchase, all items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items cannot be returned past the first 30 days of the order. Due to the speed with which we fulfill each of our orders we are unable to cancel any shipments. If an item that you have ordered is ‘back-ordered’ or hasn’t shipped after a period of no less than two days and you wish to cancel, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to make that happen.
