Our customer support isn’t farmed out to a country oversees. The people who will pick up the phone when you call or respond to your email are the very same people who are buying using and shipping our products. Trying calling the office today or sending us and email to see how quickly and concisely we respond and know that you are in good hands.

Product Specific Support:
Our employees are experts in their field. Not only do they help us buy, store and ship the product, but they have poured over the material informational specification sheets – they’ve read the warnings and know the loads. If you have a question concerning one of our products, we’d be happy to answer it for you. And if you have a question about a product that we don’t carry, reach out to us anyway and we might be able to help.

Personal Support:
The most important part of customer support is that the person on the other end of the line is empathetic to your concerns and can help walk you through any issues you may be facing. During this time, it is particularly important to know you are speaking to a professional. Each of our support staff come complete with a strong technical background, applicable hands on training and years of experience. And, if they don’t know the answer to your question, they will soon find out.
