Paige Plus LED Cable 2 Conductor, 18 AWG PLTC 105°C CMG C(UL)US FT-4

This cable is coated with tin and has double protection with an insulation and jacketing layer. It is used in providing connections on low voltage DC power to LED modules. The tinning process on the copper conductor improves the life of the cable. It reduces oxidation and the effects of wear and tear on the wire. The tinning process helps strengthen the copper wire while also enhancing conductivity and making it more resilient to things like breakage or loss in connections.

Applications
• A 2-18 AWG conductor PLTC Cable for LED modules interconnections
• Outdoor and indoor applications
• Direct burial applications
• The cable is used to make connections from the power controls to LED modules. It may be used in home remodels, lighting accessories, motion controls, LED modules, and dimmers. The it is used for DC power applications in operations of up to 300 volts. The cable is extensively used for direct burials where they may be no need to use conduits.

Insulation
• Polyvinyl Chloride
• This stranded tinned copper cable is insulated using PVC material which protects the conductor against heat, flame, ozone, water, sunlight, acids, and oxidation.

The Jacket
• Sunlight resistant Polyvinyl Chloride - Direct Burial
• A jacketing material made of Polyvinyl Chloride is also used to provide more protection. The jacket ensures easy installation and workability. The jacketing is also resistant to abrasion or wear and tear.
