This conductor cable is made using nickel-coated, soft annealed copper material for enhanced performance, protection, and flexibility. The nickel coating on the wire allows it to be resistant to corrosion. The nickel plating also makes the wire have outstanding mechanical properties. Again, the plating reduces high frequency loss in applications such as communication lines. The cables are ideal for use in areas that demand for thermal and chemical resistance.

Applications
• Used in dry and dump high temperature environments
• Used as internal wiring in industrial and commercial heating and cooking equipment
• Because this work performs well in areas that demand for thermal as well as chemical resistance, they have usage in electronic appliances and equipment. They are used in wiring appliances like ovens, ranges, cookers, microwaves, and heater elements. The cables are also used to wire thermocouples, surgical equipment, military equipment, gas ignitors, and clothe dryers. It is also designed for use as a motor lead wire.

Insulation
• TFE Teflon ® / ceramic tape
• An insulation material made of PTFE or TFE Teflon is used to insulate the copper wire. Wires coated with TFE Teflon are designed to offer reliable solutions in applications where the wire is placed in extreme conditions including high temperature environments. This insulation material has incredible flexibility and is non-reaction. It is also hydrophobic meaning that water does not react with the material. It is also ensure that flexing, bending, and stressing don’t deform or move the material. This way, the TFE insulated wire tends to have a long flex life.

The Jacket
• TFE Teflon ® -impregnated glass braid
• A TFE Teflon consisting of impregnated glass braid is used as a jacketing material on the wire. This jacket material is treated with a heat, moisture, flame, and abrasion-resistance finish. This makes the wire perform well in areas susceptible for extreme heat, flames, mechanical forces, and moisture.
