This lead and power cable is made using a tinned, soft annealed copper material. It performs well in both low and high temperature environments especially where there is need for moisture and abrasion resistance in internal wiring of electrical equipment or appliances. The wire is insulated and jacketed using silicone rubber. It is rated for use in application of 200 degrees Celsius and operations of up to 600 volts. A tin coating on the cable makes it easy to work. Tin allows easy soldering of the wire when doing installations.

Applications  : Low and high temperature environments. It can be used for internal wiring of fixtures, motor lead, electrical equipment, and appliances For example, it may be used for domestic heating and cooking devices, lighting fixtures, range top burners, steam irons, kilns, clothe dryers, toasters, and broiler ovens.

    Insulation
    • Silicone rubber
    • The silicone rubber insulation on the wire protects it against elements such as ozone, heat, flame, moisture, and UV light. Silicone rubber is a material that has excellent weather resistance properties. It also has high resistance to oil.

    Jacketing
    • K-fiber braid treated with a flame-, heat-, moisture-, and abrasion-resistant finish
    • The wire is jacketed using a K-fiber braided material that has a finish with heat, moisture, and flame resistance. This ensure that the wire does not degrade when it is installed in environments or equipment susceptible to these damaging elements.
