The HW110 Instrumentation Cable 600 Volt UL Type TC, 90°C Multiple Pairs Individual And Overall Shield FR-EP Insulation CPE Jacket Copper Conductors cable features tin-coated, Class B, soft annealed copper conductors.  The annealed copper product used in this cable offers increased flexibility compared to standard copper.  The conductors align with ASTM standards B-33 for soft annealed copper and B-8 for concentric-lay-stranded conductors.  The conductors are individually insulated with flame-retardant ethylene propylene (FR-EP) rubber.  The insulated conductors are shielded with an aluminum-polymer tape providing 100% coverage with a flexible 7-strand tinned copper drain wire.  The cable also includes an overall shield, made with the same aluminum-polymer tape that includes its own 7-strand tinned copper drain wire.  The cable’s exterior polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket is flame and sunlight-resistant and protects the conductors from abrasion. 

 

 

The HW110 Instrumentation Cable 600 Volt UL Type TC, 90°C Multiple Pairs Individual And Overall Shield FR-EP Insulation CPE Jacket Copper Conductors cable is designed for use in instrumentation and process control applications in corrosive environments or in locations with high electrostatic interference.  The HW110 Instrumentation Cable 600 Volt UL Type TC, 90°C Multiple Pairs Individual And Overall Shield FR-EP Insulation CPE Jacket Copper Conductors holds a temperature rating of -35°C to 90°C in wet and dry locations.  The cable can be installed indoors or outdoors, aerially, in conduits, ducts, cable trays and direct burial in circuits not exceeding 600 volts.
