Description:
Rider 500-500-350 Triplex Aluminum URD cable has 2 phase conductors and a single neutral cable. The phase conductors are slightly bigger than the neutral, they have a 500 MCM gauge size while the neutral has a size of 350 MCM. As a direct burial it transmits up to 495 amps and up to 395 amps in ducts.

Applications:
#500 MCM Rider Underground Distribution Cable specifically designed for underground distribution systems. In extreme environmental conditions, the cross-linked polyethylene is used since it can withstand temperatures of up to 90°C.

Conductors:
They are made of aluminum alloy which are compressed in 1350-H19. Only 99.5% of the conductor is made of aluminum the rest is made of zinc, copper and silicon.

Insulation:
The insulation is made of standard polyethylene or cross-linked polyethylene.
