Regular price $2.50 $1.17 Sale /per Foot

Description:
The Everett 2-2 is a Duplex URD cable it has two conductors. One of the conductors is a neutral wire and the other a phase conductor. The neutral wire has yellow stripping for easy identification. The duplex cable can withstand temperatures as high as 90°C. When used as a direct burial underground, it transmits current 165 amps and only 120 amps when used in ducts.

Applications:
#2 Everett wire is designed for secondary underground power transmissions, It can easily reduce the high levels of current in a transformer to up to 600 volts which is safe for use in residential homes. It can be used in temperatures of up to 75°C for the standard polyethylene insulation but for extreme environments the cross-linked polyethylene is used since it can withstand high temperatures of 90°C. It can be used as direct burial cable thanks to the tough materials used in its construction.

Insulation:
The insulation is made of cross-linked polyethylene.

Features:
• Lead free insulation
